I found your site while looking through the blogrings. Do you have any advice b/c living with OCD has made my life miserable? My doctor raised my dose of Zoloft to 150mg & it still seems not to help. My OCD really bothers me whenever I write or work on my artwork. I can never get a letter or sketch finished w/o throwing away the paper & starting all over again for the 45th time. To be confined to your house, or any "safe" space for fear of being attacked by your own thoughts, to the point of mental breakdown is something which I face every day. Fear of contamination is something I possess but cannot rid myself of. OCD rules my life.
